Ambulance chiefs apologise after man, 82, left lying in garden for more than 3 hours with serious head injury after fall

AMBULANCE chiefs have apologised after a diabetic 82-year-old man with a serious head injury was left lying in a garden for more than three-and-a-half hours in the cold on Tuesday.
