From Hartlepool to Darlington, there are Sebastopol cannons everywhere
A FORTNIGHT ago, we were in Darlington’s South Park looking at the Sebastopol Cannon – one of 3,000 Russian weapons captured by the British in the Crimean War of the 1850s.
